Here is some large detail steel (spire) section diagrams that show in fine detail what each tier work stage will be like. And ground plans...in comparison with other supertall buildings.
They are not anywhere close to this pace.
Whether this will effect the scheduled middle of July beginning of spire lifting, the end of October top out, or the middle of August '09 completion dates remains to be seen.
