Burj Dubai September 1st 2008 photo update, the steel section is primarily known as the "spire". now you can see why. very thin, unusable space. non inhabitable. basically floors for access to the "pinnacle". there are 40 or so of these landings which have no lift acess only staircase. Thus totalling over 200 floors if included with 162 habitable floors.
