Burj Dubai July 19th 2008 photo update, this photo shows how they are supporting the masts at the top of each tier and how they are putting in a red section near the top of each tier. They can't add a red section at exactly each tier as 5 sections is 20.0 meters and each tier is 19.2 meters.
