Bulgarian Software to Control World's Highest Building

What will be the highest skyscraper in the world in Burj Dubai is interested in Bulgarian software for management of real estate and assets.

Centre Mine company showed the software, called Facility Management Centre, during a specialised IT expo in Dubai in August 2007, mediapool.bg said.

Negotiations for the sale of the software had already begun, the company said. The software improved management of buildings and helps optimise electricity, heating, communication, hygiene and other expenses.

Facility Management Centre eases communications with tenants, by optimising all processes from offer preparation, to contract signing, to financial documentation issuing, mediapool.bg said. It collects data and facilitates fast processing. The software could decrease exploitation expenses by 35%, said Goran Milanov, executive director of Centre Mind.
